    • ⚠️ Important Notice:
      Digital wellbeing consultations are not therapy. These consultations are offered through the California Center for Digital Wellbeing and are separate from my therapy services. They focus exclusively on education, tools, and strategies for improving digital wellbeing.

      If, during these consultations, it becomes evident that therapy services are needed, I am happy to provide referrals to licensed mental health professionals.
